A Tradition of Craft
The Golden Crust started in a small kitchen with nothing but a sack of flour, a pinch of salt, and a very active sourdough starter named "Old Bessie."
Today, while we've grown a bit, our philosophy remains the same: no shortcuts. We use locally sourced grains, long fermentation times, and high-heat stone ovens to ensure the best possible flavor in every bite.
